    Abstract submission and receipt deadline

  4. •May 01, 2010:
    Notification of acceptance

  5. •June 20, 2010:
    Confirmation of intention to attend and receipt of exact mailing address
    All invitation letters have been sent out presenters (oral and poster) as of today

  6. •June 20, 2010:
    Pre-registration opens for both paper presenters and full-payment attendants.  Pre-registration is required of all participants and attendees.  All payment may be made on-site on August 11, 2010. 

  7. •June 30, 2010:
    Preferred deadline for pre-registration (your room reservation will be guaranteed by this date!)
    FORM-A to be returned by presenters (oral and poster)
    FORM-B to be returned by non-presenting attendees

  8. •July 01, 2010:
    Final deadline for receipt of finalized (expanded) abstract
    FORM-A (from presenters) and FORM-B (from attendees)

  9. •July 15, 2010:
    Final deadline for pre-registration.

  10. •August 11, 2010:
    (a) On site registration at the Lobby of     Mengxi Hotel for foreign or domestic participants staying at the hotel.
    (b) On site registration at BLCU dormitory for domestic participants staying at BLCU dormitory rooms.

  11. •August 12-14:
    GLOW-in-Asia VIII Conference at BLCU

  12. •August 15:
    TEAL Workshop at Peking University

  13. •August 16:
    Excursion of Beijing and vicinity

  14. •August 17-18:
    Zhu-Lu Symposium at Peking University
