1. Submitting your abstract

  2. Abstract submission is by email-attachment only. Please follow these steps.

  3. •Save your anonymous abstract as a PDF or DOC (not docx) file. Documents in other formats must be converted before submission. Name your abstract with your last name followed by the suffix pdf or doc (e.g., saito.pdf or kim.doc).

  4. •When you are ready, please submit the anonymous abstract by email attachment to the Organizing Committee at: glowasiaabstracts@gmail.com

  5. •In the body of your email, please provide author information including:

  6. -name(s)

  7. -affiliation

  8. -mailing address

  9. -telephone number

  10. -email address

    In case of multiple authors, please identify the corresponding author. 


  1. •If submission is successful, a confirmation of receipt will be sent to you within a few days.

  2. •Remember: submission may start as early as December 15, 2009, and deadline for receipt of abstracts is March 15, 2010.
