Wang Lujiang(female), graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering of Tsinghua University, researcher. She used to work as the Deputy Director, Director of the Division of Student Assignment, Assistant Chief and Deputy Chief of the Department of Student Affairs of the Ministry of Education(the former State Education Commission) and held. the Director of Information and Careers Advice for Students of National Higher Learning Institutions, the Ministry of Education. In September, 1999, she was appointed Chairperson of the University Council, with the concurrent posts of Director of the Liberal Arts Computer Teaching Supervision Committee, and the Vice-Chairman of National Institutions of Higher Learning Computer Teaching Research Board.

Cui Xiliang, Graduated with a PhD degree from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature in Peking University, is a professor and doctorial tutor of Linguistics and Applied linguistics, and serves as the Deputy-Chairman of Beijing Language Society and standing committee member of China Language Society. He formerly held the posts of Deputy Dean of Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Deputy Director of Centre for Studies of Chinese as A Foreign Language, Director of HSK Centre, Assistant to President and Vice-President in Beijing Language and Culture University. He takes the post as President of Beijing Language and Culture University since June, 2005.

Lin Guoli, Graduated from the Department of Foreign Languages of Jilin University. with Master degree, is Associate Professor. He successively worked as the Head of the Teaching and Research Office, then as Dean of the Chinese Department, Director of the Organization Department, Vice-Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Workers’ Union. In March 2OOO, he was appointed Vice President of the University.

Huo Mingjie, Graduated from the History Department of Jilin University in July 1982. is Associate Research Fellow. He first worked as the Deputy Director of the Higher Education Research Office of Jilin University. Then he worked as the Deputy Director and Director in the Department of Human Resource of the Ministry of Education (the former State Education Commission). In February 2001, he was appointed as the Vice President of Beijing Language and Culture University.

Han Jingtai, Graduated from the Chinese Department of Jilin University with a master degree of liberal arts, is a professor and doctorial tutor of Ancient China Literature. He serves as Preparation Committee member of Ancient China Literature Society, committee member of Society for Ancient China Literature Theory, committee member of Society for Song Dynasty Literature and Secretary-General of China Society for Researches on Lao She. He formerly held the posts of Deputy Dean of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, Dean of Humanities College and Director of Graduate School in Beijing Language and Culture University. He takes the post as Vice- President of Beijing Language and Culture University since June,2005.

Zhao Min, Graduated from the Department of Library Information of Beijing University, is the Deputy Researcher. He used to be the Deputy Director and Director of the Communist Youth League Committee, Deputy Directory of the Department of the Students Affairs, Deputy Director of the President’s Office, Director of the Department of Publicity, Director of the Personnel Department of Beijing Language and Culture University. He is also the Chairman of the Beijing University Study Abroad Research Association. In April 2006, he was appointed Vice-Chairman of the University Council and also Secretary of the Party Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Beijing Language and Culture University.
