   Vacancies for two English teachers and a number of contract-based and hourly-paid staff members are available for the 2008 - 2009 academic year, a year of expansion of foreign language education in the Continuing Education College of Beijing Language and Culture University. Arrangements of day-to-day teaching will be made for successful candidates after a trial performance.

    1. Qualifications of full-time candidates required:
    A native speaker of English with a B.A. or higher academic degree who enjoys teaching and is able to do it well. Working experience will be taken into favorable consideration. Salaries are negotiable.
    2. Qualifications of contract-based staff required:
    A native speaker of English with a B.A. or higher academic degree who enjoys teaching and is able to do it well, physically fit for 16-20-hour teaching weekly. Payment for each hour is between 60 and 80 RMB yuan, and is discussible.
    3. Qualifications of hourly-paid staff required:
    A native speaker of English with a B.A. or higher academic degree who enjoys teaching and is able to do it well. Payment for each hour is between 60 and 80 RMB yuan and is discussible. The employment only extends to the foreigners in China.
