Red registration codes indicate TRFs are unavailable at BLCU or rejected by the Post Office.  It may be due to the several reasons such as test papers being remarked, personal information being verified at the Culture and Education Section, British Embassy in Beijing. The above codes will turn green as soon as we receive the following  group of  TRFs . Candidates may contact the test center by phone or e-mail to trace the "why" if their codes are in red. 

The Overseas Test Center, BLCU, is committed to help candidates mail their TRFs to a desired place domestically. In doing so , all candidates are expected to use the envelopes which they get from the test center in the process of the registration.  The envelopes may be rejected because of  mismatch of the names of the candidate and the receiver,  wrong candidate's number, wrong postal code, the miswritten address ,  or an address note stuck to the surface of the envelope, etc.. Candidates may contact the test center by phone or e-mail to trace the "why" if their codes are in red. The above codes will turn green as soon as we verify the candidate's information and then  re-mail  their TRFs. 

The candidates who receive no TRFs due to the above reasons  should mail or fax copies of their ID cards with candidates' number and relative information to the Test Center or,  if requested, submit an unused envelope with postage to the Center.  The Center will mail again their TRFs .
