The Overseas Test Center, BLCU, is committed to send TRFs , by registered mails, to IELTS candidates domestically. In doing so , all candidates are expected to use the envelopes which they get from the test center after completing the registration.  
    北京语言大学国外考试中心为IELTS考生提供在国内挂号邮寄考试成绩的服务。为确保顺利邮寄，所有考生应按照有关要求使用在本考点注册时领取的专用信封。

Red registration codes indicate TRFs are unavailable at BLCU or rejected by the Post Office. Candidates must contact the test center by phone or e-mail to trace the "why" if their codes are in red. 
    以下列表中的考生号码以红色标注，说明邮局无法邮寄该成绩。此时，考生应与考试中心联系，查询原因。如果号码没有出现，说明成绩已经寄出。

The envelopes may be rejected because of  mismatch of the names of the candidate and the receiver,  wrong candidate's number, wrong postal code, the miswritten address ,  or an address note stuck to the surface of the envelope, etc.. 
    信函无法投递的原因：收信人姓名与考生不符；考生号码与与考生不符；邮政编码有误；收信地址有误；信封粘贴纸张；无人接收信函被退等。

The candidates who receive no TRFs due to the above reasons  should mail or fax copies of their ID cards with candidates' number and relative information to the Test Center or,  if requested, submit an unused envelope with postage to the Center.  The red codes will turn green as soon as we verify the candidate's information and then  re-mail  their TRFs. 
    相关考生应为此向考试中心传真或邮寄身份证复印件，说明情况并提供考试日期和考生姓名、号码等信息；如果信封被盖戳退回，考生必须向考试中心重新提供贴足5元邮资的9号标准信封。考试中心确认无误后，重新安排邮寄，红色号码将转为绿色。
