Setting up teaching and teaching reform work; intramural teaching conference; educational administration seminar; the arrangement of teaching conferences; the organization of teaching seminars; reform in grading system; bylaws on teaching administration; disquisition volume of research on teaching administration; contact and corresponding with the Teaching Commission; the construction and innovation of text books; examination reform (separation between teaching and testing) and test base construction; the work-and-rest system of teaching; teaching disciplines; the edition of Teaching Communication; the update and maintenance of the office¨s webpage; propaganda (including the exhibition boards and the show windows); extramural contact and reception; contact work with educational administrators of other universities, the Ministry of Education and Municipal Education Commission, etc.; the establishment of routine working plans of the office.
